Introduction
Gulmarg is the “heartland of winter sports in India” and it’s rated seventh best ski destination in Asia. The Resort is serviced by a gondola, the world’s highest cable car which flies up to 4,000m to the summit of Mt Apharwat. If you are an advanced rider you can hike another couple of hundred meters above the head of the Gondola, which will provide 1,500+ meters of vertical descent. Some of the bowls of the summit have a straight 1,200 meters of thigh-destroying vertical descent!
The amount of Gulmarg ski terrain is virtually unlimited and includes alpine bowls, chutes, cornices, glade skiing among ancient pines, and local shrines and villages which add a whole new dimension to the terrain. The Gulmarg skiing and snowboarding are suited to advance and expert riders who enjoy off-piste backcountry terrain. Gulmarg is also suited to intermediate and beginner riders.

Arrival (Srinagar-Gulmarg 50 kms/ 2 hours). On arrival at the Srinagar airport (on your own), you will be received by our representative cum driver who will drive and transfer you to the Hotel at Gulmarg. Dinner and overnight stay on the hotel in Gulmarg.

Gulmarg – Srinagar (50 kms / 2 ½ hours one way). After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for Srinagar. On arrival, check into your hotel. Later enjoy local sightseeing of Srinagar covering the famous Mughal Gardens and shikara boat ride in Dal Lake. Evening is free for shopping. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.
Departure. After breakfast and check out from the hotel proceed to Srinagar airport for departure.
